Step-by-step guide
Everything from creating your account to managing your server day to day.
1
Create your account and choose a plan
Sign up for a free account, then browse plans & pricing and pick the specs, OS, and location that fit your workload.
2
Pay for your order
Pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), bank transfer, or your wallet balance. Manual payments are verified within 24 hours; wallet payments are instant.
3
Track deployment
Open the order from your Orders page to follow the deployment timeline — payment verification, provisioning, and OS install — through to handover.
4
Find your VPS credentials
Once your order status is active, the order detail page shows a VPS Credentials panel with your IP address, username, OS, and root password — use "Copy All Credentials" to grab everything at once.
5
Connect to your server
Use SSH to log in with the IP address and username from your dashboard:
- Linux / macOS: open Terminal and run
ssh username@your-ip-address - Windows: use PowerShell's built-in
sshcommand, or a client like PuTTY
6
Secure and operate your server
- Change the root password immediately:
passwd - Update installed packages regularly (e.g.
apt update && apt upgradeon Debian/Ubuntu) - Create a limited, non-root user for daily tasks and reserve root access for admin work
- Install only the software your workload needs, and enable a firewall (e.g.
ufw) for exposed ports
Your root password is shown once in the dashboard — store it in a password manager before you close the page.
7
Renew and get help
Renew before your plan expires from the order page to avoid downtime. If anything goes wrong, open a support ticket from your dashboard — our team responds within 24 hours (2–8 hours for urgent issues).
