Open the order from your Orders page to follow the deployment timeline — payment verification, provisioning, and OS install — through to handover.

Prefer not to wait on manual verification? Top up your wallet from the Wallet page, then choose Wallet Balance as the payment method on checkout — it’s deducted immediately and your order skips straight to deployment, no screenshot needed.

Once your order status is active, the order detail page shows a VPS Credentials panel with your IP address, Login, and password — use "Copy All Credentials" to grab everything at once.

Running MetaTrader, cTrader, or any Windows-only EA? Open Remote Desktop Connection on Windows (or the Microsoft Remote Desktop app on Mac), enter the IP address from your dashboard, and log in with the login and password from your VPS Credentials panel. You'll see the full Windows desktop exactly as if you were sitting in front of it.

• Log in to your Forex Trading VPS using Remote Desktop (RDP) with your current administrator credentials.
• Press Ctrl + Alt + End inside the VPS session and select Change a password.
• Enter your current password, create a strong new password, confirm it, and click the arrow or press Enter to save the changes.
• Disconnect and reconnect to your VPS using the new password to verify that the password was updated successfully.

Renew before your plan expires from the order page to avoid downtime. Pick 1, 3, 6, or 12 months and pay by wallet balance, crypto, or bank transfer.

If anything goes wrong, open a support ticket from your dashboard — our team responds within 24 hours (2–8 hours for urgent issues).

On Windows: open MetaTrader, go to File → Open Data Folder → MQL4/MQL5 → Experts, copy in your EA (.ex4/.ex5), then drag it onto a chart and enable AutoTrading. On Linux: upload your Python/Node bot via SFTP and run it in the background (e.g. with screen, tmux, or a systemd service) so it keeps running after you disconnect.

That's the whole point of a trading VPS: your terminal, EA, or bot keeps running after you close your laptop, lose your home internet, or go to sleep. On Windows, disable automatic restarts during your trading hours and re-enable AutoTrading if MetaTrader ever restarts. On Linux, running your bot as a service means it automatically restarts if the VPS itself reboots.
